PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reusing units for biochemical analysis capable of effectively utilizing resources and protecting environment by recovering and reusing the units for biochemical analysis. SOLUTION: The unit 1 for biochemical analysis is provided with a substrate 2 in which a plurality of holes 3 are formed, an adsorptive material is filled in the plurality of holes, and a plurality of adsorptive areas are formed in the unit 1 for biochemical analysis. A specific binding substance is supplied to the plurality of adsorptive areas of the unit 1 for biochemical analysis. A substance originating from a bio sample and labelled with a labelling substance is selectively and specifically combined with the specific binding substance to perform biochemical analysis. Then the unit 1 for biochemical analysis is recovered, and the adsorptive material filled in the plurality of holes of the unit for biochemical analysis is dissolved by a solvent, and removed from the substrate of the unit for biochemical analysis. They a new adsorptive material is filled in the plurality of holes formed in the substrate of the unit for biochemical analysis in the method for reusing the unit for biochemical analysis.
