PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature variation measuring device for measuring temperature variation with high precision without putting a reference clock oscillator in a thermostatic tank, without waiting until the frequency of the clock signal is stabilized and without disturbing the temperature to be measured. SOLUTION: A first oscillating circuit having a first quartz oscillator whose oscillation frequency is reduced in accordance with increase of temperature and a second oscillating circuit having a second quartz oscillator whose oscillation frequency is increased in accordance with increase of temperature are oscillated under an atmosphere where the temperature is varied in a similar manner, the value of a counter for counting the frequency signal based on the second quartz oscillator is latched with a frequency-divided signal achieved by frequency-dividing the frequency signal based on the first quartz oscillator, and the temperature to be measured is calculated on the basis of the count value thus latched.
