PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing pulse transmitter for accurately detecting a rotating speed of a rotary disk without enlarging a signal disk and transmitting a weighing pulse in response to the rotating speed. SOLUTION: A weighing pulse transmitter 20 is provided with the signal disk engaged with and rotated on a rotating body 1 rotating in proportion to a weighing amount, and an optical sensor 23 arranged so that a circumferential part of the signal disk intercepts a part between a light emitting element and a light receiving element. The transmitter transmits a pulse proportional to the rotating speed of the rotating body 1 on the basis of the rotating speed in which the circumferential part of the signal disk intercepts the part between the light emitting element and the light receiving element. Further, the transmitter is composed of a first signal disk 21 for intercepting the part between the light emitting element 23a and the light receiving element 23b when the rotating body is in normal rotation, and a first planetary disk 22 rotated to be engaged with the first signal disk 21 and intercepting the part between the light emitting element 23a and the light receiving element 23b when the rotating body 1 is in reverse rotation.
