PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch structure of an automatic transmission which can miniaturize a clutch while ensuring the durability of a clutch drum, and reduce the dimension in the axial direction and the dimension in the radial direction. SOLUTION: The clutch drum 62 comprises an inner drum 62a and an outer drum 62b which is fixed by welding to an outer circumference of the inner drum 62a. The inner drum is a member which is heat-treated, or forged, and the outer drum is formed of a pressed steel. A first hydraulic cylinder chamber 120b and a second hydraulic cylinder chamber 120c of a hydraulic servo mechanism 120 are formed at an overlapping position in the axial direction, and a cylinder bulkhead member 120f to demarcate the first hydraulic cylinder chamber and the second hydraulic cylinder chamber is disposed therein.
