PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a turbine blade on a turbine shell without blazing. SOLUTION: Positioning hole H1-H3 are drilled at attachment positions of each blade 12b on annular part 12e of the turbine shell 12a and engagement claws N1-N3 engaging with the positioning holes H1-H3 are projectingly formed on the blade 12b. The turbine blade 12b is fixed on the turbine shell 12a with strongly cramping the engagement claws N1 and N2 not to form openings by engaging the engagement claws N1-N3 with the positioning holes H1-H3 and caulking adjacent of at least positioning holes H1 and H2 to generate plastic flow.
