PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a V-ribbed belt in which accumulation of frictional heat in a belt caused by contact with a pulley is controlled and generation of a crack due to an aging property caused by heat is controlled in no connection with various kinds of rubber comprising of the belt by changing a ribbed shape of the V-ribbed belt in a simple method. SOLUTION: In the V-ribbed belt having a plurality of ribs extended to an inner peripheral portion of the belt at a lengthwise direction of the belt, it is characterized that notches are arranged on top portions of the plurality of the ribs at an entire periphery.
