PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional embedded form plate: that, because the plate uses mesh reinforcement consisting of a number of wires, it is difficult to increase its bending strength, with the plate being made thick and heavy by the embedding of reinforcement into a plate body. SOLUTION: This embedded form plate has a sheathing board body 2 made of a precast concrete body, and a reinforcing body 3 provided on the back of the sheathing board body 2. The reinforcing body 3 employed is formed of a latticed structure in which ribs 5 in the form of strips protruding toward the back of the sheathing board body 2 cross one another lengthwise and crosswise, with the longitudinal direction of the ribs going along the plane direction of the sheathing board body 2.
