ii) in Formula 1, when X11 is not N-[(L11)a11-(R11)b11] and X12 is not N-[(L12)a12-(R12)b12], in Formula 1, at least one of b17 R17's , b11 R11's, b18 R183 s, b19 R19's, and b20 R20's is selected from the group represented by the Formula 2A to the group represented by the Formula 2F;
