PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food tray of excellent safety which can keep a food coal without using any ice. SOLUTION: A base dish 10 comprises a lower plate 14 and an upper plate 16 formed by pressing a stainless steel sheet, and a hollow space 18 is provided between the lower plate 14 and the upper plate 16. Spherical cold insulation packs 24 are filled on the base dish 10. The cold insulation packs 24 are formed by filling gel-like cold-insulation agent in a packaging bag formed of a plastic film. After filling the cold-insulation agent on the base dish 10, a receiving dish 12 formed of a punched titanium steel sheet is placed thereon. A food such as sashimi (raw fish) is arranged on the receiving dish 12.
