SUBSTANCE: first part of proposed ship is made in form of barge including several liquid tanks with sunken space of fore section for buoy during mooring and filling; second part of ship is made in form of power module with aft section intended for breaking ice. Second part of ship has front end which may be rigidly connected with aft section of barge part. Power plant module is provided with thrust equipment for operation of said module both in pulling and pushing modes.
