PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar code label capable of allowing a user to smoothly carry out reading work of a bar code label attached onto a container while checking a contents therein.SOLUTION: A bar code label in an embodiment, includes a base sheet and a bar code formed on one side of the base sheet. The bar code includes plural lines extending in a circumferential direction of a cylindrical container in a state that the base sheet is attached to the container winding the same. The bar code label has a blank part which separates at least a part of the plural lines along an axial direction of the container.
