ROPING METHOD FOR ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roping method for a built-in type elevator allowing roping without a scaffold. SOLUTION: A car 1 and a traction machine 6 are installed in the vicinity of bottom part of a hoistway 7. A first converting pulley 4 and a second converting pulley 5 are fixed on the car 1 and a rope drum 8a is arranged thereon. One end 3b of a rope 3 is sequentially wound and held on a car pulley 1a, the first converting pulley 4, the traction machine 6, the second converting pulley 5 and a counterweight pulley 2a. The car 1 is lifted up to the vicinity of top part of the hoistway 7 with drawing the rope 3 from the rope drum 8a. The first converting pulley 4 and the second converting pulley 5 are respectively fixed on top part of the hoistway 7 and one end 3b and the other end 3a of the rope 3 are fixed on top part of the hoistway 7.
