PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily turn an automobile in the case of turning the automobile in a place having a hard state of a road, and in the case of shedding or emergency escape due to run-off of a wheel on a bad road. SOLUTION: A jack 11 integrated with a rotary table 3 is always installed at the central part of the lower part of a car body, whereby in turning in a place having a hard sate of a road, shedding or escaping in emergency due to run-off of a wheel on a bad road, the jack 11 with the rotary table installed at the lower part is enlarged by switch operation to separate the wheel from the road, the rotary table is turned sideways to set a turning position, and then the jack is lowered to ground the automobile. Thus, the direction and position of the car body can be changed in the place.
