PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aerosol composition having excellent performances as a gommage cosmetic and capable of regulating pH of an aqueous stock solution and stabilizing the aqueous stock solution and the aerosol composition for a long period. SOLUTION: This aerosol composition comprises the aqueous stock solution containing a urethane resin (preferably 10-30 wt.%) and a liquefied gas. The aqueous stock solution preferably contains an acidic ingredient and has 6.5-8.5 pH at 20 deg.C. A resin is deposited by jetting the composition and shearing the jetted material. The degree of neutralization of the urethane resin is preferably 70-110%.
