PURPOSE: A seat balance retain system of a vehicle is provided to make an angle of visibility for traveling on a level land by lowering a front portion of a seat in traveling on an uphill road and raising the front portion of the seat in traveling on a downhill road. CONSTITUTION: A seat balance retain system of a vehicle includes a seat(12), a seat-fixing frame(14), a damper rod(22), a roller-fixing frame(16) and a rail(20). The seat is installed inside the vehicle. Seat-fixing frames fix and support a lower portion of the seat. The damper rod is installed vertically to the seat-fixing frame. The roller-fixing frame is installed to a lower portion of the damper rod. The roller-fixing frame faces the rail installed to a floor surface of the vehicle. An automatic load sensor transmits data of a slope for front and rear wheels to an engine controller. The engine controller operates a solenoid valve on an upper surface of the damper rod. The solenoid valve rotates a driving plate formed integrally with the damper rod. Therein, a hydraulic passage of the damper rod is adjusted by moving the damper rod up and down. Therefore, a driver does not lose balance sense by lowering a front portion of the seat in traveling on an uphill road and raising the front portion on a downhill road.
