The invention relates to the roadway engineering, in particular to the construction of roadway and runway covering. It is proposed utilization in the capacity of binding of the fused inorganic glass. In the capacity of mineral filler is used crushed stone of big size ranges (50...70 mm). The process provides for the application of a layer of crushed stone, onto which it is applied a layer of fused glass with the temperature of 1270...1370 K. If necessary, the application of the said layers is repeated. After cooling of the glass up to the temperature of 870...1070 K it is applied a layer of an antiskid mixture consisting of crushed stone and antiskid ingredients with the fraction of 5...10 mm.The device for realization of the process includes bunkers and reservoirs, placed in the following order: bunker with batch-weigher for the crushed stone of big size range, thermo-insulated reservoir with batch-weigher for the fused inorganic glass, bunker with batch-weigher for the crushed stone of big size range, thermo-insulating reservoir with batch-weigher for the fused inorganic glass, bunker with batch-weigher for the antiskid mixture.Claims: 3Fig.: 1 |
