PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and strongly attach a zoom operation ring to the cam tube of the lens barrel of a projector. SOLUTION: A locking reception part 33 is protruded, in a ring form, from the outer peripheral part of the cam tube 14. A threaded hole 35 is provided on the rear side of the locking reception part 33. At a zoom operation ring 15 which is provided with a zoom lever 43, a locking part 47 and a screw receiving part 45 are formed. A locking part 47 is provided with a front side locking ridge 48 protruding on the inner peripheral side and a rear side locking ridge 49. Thanks to the front side locking ridge 48 and the rear side locking ridge 49 constituting the locking part 47, the locking reception part 33 is locked from the front and rear while the screw receiving part 45 is fixed to the threaded hole 35 by a screw 71. Since the locking reception part 33 of a cam tube 14 is locked from front and rear by the locking part 47, the cam tube 14 and the zoom operation ring 15 can be easily and strongly fixed in the optical axis direction compared with the case using only a screw. Since the zoom operation ring 15 can be rotated to an arbitrary position relative to the cam 14 for screwing, the zoom lever 43 of the zoom operation ring 15 can be positioned to a wanted point together with a focusing lever, resulting in improved operativity and appearance.
