PURPOSE: Provided is a bag for storing kimchi which is effective for retardation of the acidification of kimchi when delivered or stored, thereby maintaining a kimchi taste for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A bag for storing kimchi is characterized by retarding the acidification of kimchi 3-4 times by using neutralizing reaction of calcium powder. It is composed of a vacuum packing vinyl(2) and unwoven fabric(4), and egg shell powder therebetween.
