PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-sided frame for an elevator capable of eliminating troublesome work required by matching with remodeling and rearrangement of a floor when performing the remodeling and rearrangement of the floor and changing design easily and simply. SOLUTION: Fasteners 16 having a movable locking pin 19 are provided in both side parts of a cover plate 4, and a plurality of engaging holes corresponding to each locking pin 19 are formed in lateral frames 2, 3. Each locking pin 19 is inserted into the engaging holes so as to insert it and pull it out to connect the cover plate 4 with the lateral frames 2, 3 detachably. A bolt 26 and a nut 25 for connecting the cover plate 4 with an upper frame 1 detachably are provided between the cover plate 4 and the upper frame 1. The cover plate 4 is detachably attached to the lateral frames 2, 3 and the upper frame 1 by the locking pins 19, the bolt 26, and the nut 25.
