PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable bicycle capable of securing convenience and easiness in transforming from a storing state to a using state without complicating a structure. SOLUTION: The foldable bicycle provided with a frame 2 and a crank 24 supported by the frame 2 in such a manner that the same can rotate around a horizontal rotation axis C and including a rear drive gear 23, is provided with a bracket 25 supported by a frame 22 in such a manner that the same can swing around the rotation axis C forward and backward in a fixed range. The bracket 25 includes a rear wheel 26 and a driven gear 28 receiving driving force of a rear wheel driving gear 23 via a transmission means 27 to rotate the rear wheel 26.
