PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collaboration method and system using an SBC (server based computing) model which can realize high-degree collaboration works by means of the SBC model without any change on an existing AP (application). SOLUTION: The collaboration method and system using the SBC model adopts a means provided with a AP server computer 6 having a AP 62 function and communicating each other with a client computer 1, a client computer 5 having an exclusive client software 51 which reflects transferred screen renewal information via a proxy agent 71 by means of the presentation of the AP function, and a proxy server computer 7 having the proxy agent 71, in which operational information regarding the AP 62 function from a client computer 5a of a AP user 1a currently having AP operation authorization is transferred to the AP server computer 6, operational information of AP users 1b and 1c having AP reading authorization is canceled, and the screen renewal information from the AP server computer 6 is transferred to the client computer 5 of the AP users 1 currently having the AP operation right or AP reading right.
