PURPOSE: A decoder circuit for TFT-LCD source driver is provided to reduce an on-resistance and a size by providing an input voltage to an output terminal through only one transistor. CONSTITUTION: A decoder circuit for TFT-LCD source driver includes an output portion(300), a control portion(100), and a reset portion(200). The output portion provides plural input voltages to an output terminal. The control portion controls the output portion by a data signal and an inverse data signal. The reset portion resets the control portion by a reset signal. The output portion includes a PMOS transistor and an NMOS transistor in order to provide one of the input voltages to the output terminal by an output signal of the control portion.
