PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve the melt fluidity of a resin composition with a high filler content. SOLUTION: The resin composition is obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of 1-50 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin and 99-50 wt.% of a filler with 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a compound having a benzotriazole skeleton and/or a compound having a benzophenone skeleton. Furthermore, a method for producing the resin composition comprises compounding a powdery thermoplastic resin with a filler and a powdery compound having the benzotriazole skeleton and/or a powdery compound having the benzophenone skeleton.
