FIELD: medicine, virology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an antiviral composition used for treatment of HIV-infected patients with high viral loading. Composition comprises preliminary activated highly dispersed atomic silver Ag0, stabilizing agent taken among the group of nontoxic polymeric compounds being both natural and synthetic ones permitted for using in medicine, distilled water, dimexide, N,N,N1,N1-tetramethylthionine chloride and polyethylene oxide (PEG- 1500) gel taken in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: atomic (claster) silver Ag0, 0.24-4.0; stabilizing agent for claster silver, 1-5; distilled water, 20-22; dimexide (dimethylsulfoxide), 8-10; N,N,N1,N1- tetramethylthionine chloride, 0.07-0.1; polyethylene oxide (PEG-1500) gel, the balance. Invention provides the enhancement of patient treatment effectiveness and decrease of discomfort level for patients in carrying out curative procedures.
