PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of an LCD electrode terminal which can be reduced in cost by increasing the process yield of a flexible substrate. SOLUTION: The flexible substrate 4 has a main body part 5 and an extension part 6 which is extended to at least one side from the main body part 5. A driving IC 7 which drives a liquid crystal device (not shown) is mounted in the main body part 5, and a first connecting part 5a which is connected to one electrode part 1b is formed, and a second connecting part 6a which is connected to the other electrode part 2b is formed in a second extension part 6. With regard to a connection of a liquid crystal display panel 3 with the flexible substrate 4, the first connecting part 5a is connected to the one electrode part 1b, and the extension part 6 is folded up to a side of the other electrode part 2b, and the second connecting part 6a is connected to the other electrode part 2b.
