PURPOSE: Provided are a method for manufacturing a fixing part of a paper fastener of a file to organize and hold various papers and a structure of a fixing part of a paper fastener of a file. CONSTITUTION: A fixing part(20) of a paper fastener is formed on the upper part of a back cover(5) in a piece with the back cover. The folding line has the same width with the back cover and has a predetermined area. An adhesive layer is formed on the inner surface of the fixing part by applying a coating solution of an adhesive and drying the coating layer. A depressed part is formed in the fixing part so that a paper fastener is mounted. Two holes are formed at both sides of the depressed part and a plurality of holes are formed at upper and lower parts of the depressed part. A paper fastener is mounted in the depressed part and a paper fastener band and fixing pieces are inserted into the two holes at both sides of the depressed part and holes at the upper and lower parts, respectively. The adhesive is melted to fix the fixing part on the back cover.
