PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane vacuum-pump, in which raise of internal pressure around a discharge opening is restrained, even if the amount of inflow of lubricating oil is large. SOLUTION: The vane vacuum pump 1 comprises a suction port 29 sucking air, a cylindrical casing 2 in which a lubrication port for giving lubricating oil and a discharge port 24 for discharging air and lubricating oil are provided, and a rotor 4. The rotor 4 is held in the casing 2, and rotatable eccentrically relative to a central axis A of the inside peripheral face of the casing 2. The rotor 4 demarcates an eccentric annular opening 6 communicating with a suction port 29 in a widened width area 60 in the rotation direction, and at the same time communicating with a discharge port 24 in a narrowed width area 61 in the rotation direction. The casing 2 has in its side peripheral face a leak groove 7 which extends from the area 61 thorough the narrowest width part 62 of the opening to the area 60 to release the internal pressure in the areas 61 raised by lubricating oil coming from the discharge port 24.
