PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cutoff properties of the upper section of a door body by sufficiently stopping water on the front side of an opening between the door body and an upper frame, avoiding an interference in a latch. SOLUTION: The intermediate folding type foldable door body 3 is installed in a frame body 2 composed of the upper frame 2a, a lower frame 2b and left-right vertical frames 2c and 2d in a freely openable and closeable manner, and guide rails 4 and 5 are mounted on the opposed sections of the upper frame 2a and the lower frame 2b. Supporters 20 and 21 supported by the guide rails 4 and 5 are secured at the four corners of the door body 3, and the latch 67 being engaged with the guide rail 4 and fixing the door body 3 at a closed place is set up to the upper section of the approximately center of the door body 3. An upper-side cutoff piece 64a is fitted to the upper frame 2a and a lower-side cutoff piece 64b to the door body 3 respectively for closing the opening 63 on the bathroom side between the door body 3 and the upper frame 2a, avoiding an interference in the latch 67. Both cutoff pieces 64a and 64b are attached so that the front ends of both cutoff pieces are superposed mutually at the place of the opening 63 when the door body 3 is closed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
