SWIVEL ADAPTER

摘要

FIELD: drilling technique, drilling of purposely deviated wells. SUBSTANCE: internal annular grooves of cylindrical built-up body of adapter are semi-cylindrical radial grooves and lower butt of upper immobile part of cylindrical built-up body has groove with unequal sides. One side of it is less than the other side by value determined by formula and cylindrical core is installed perpendicular to axis of swivel adapter and made fast to upper immobile part of cylindrical built-up body. Hydraulic conduit of cylindrical core has sector expansion in its lower part which equals value of maximal deviation angle of lower mobile part of cylindrical built-up body from axis of swivel adapter. Straight tetragonal limiter with equal bases is installed on butt of lesser side of internal semi-cylindrical radial groove with unequal sides to adjust deviation angle towards lesser side. Height of limiter is parallel to axis of cylindrical core and equals length of the latter and length of outer side of its base is found by formula. EFFECT: increased and reliability of adapter thanks to redistribution of load from torque. 6 dwg
