FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for laying under ground service lines in water-logged by puncture method. Device contains housing, conical projection in front part, ring chamber and branch pipe to deliver working agent. Head with ring chamber is arranged on front projection for rotation and limited axial displacement. Head is made in form of stepped truncated cone with screw guides in form of ribs on surface of front step, and washout nozzles and ripping teeth on surface of second step. Washout nozzles are pointed to side of housing at acute angle relative to generatrix of cone. Ripping teeth are installed on the same spiral with half-step displacement relative to guides. Ripping teeth are spaced relative to each other through triple thickness of tooth, minimum. Housing is furnished with additional nozzles at beginning of cylindrical part. Said nozzles are hydraulically coupled with rings chamber and are pointed to shank part of device. Longitudinal ports-slots are made on top of shank part of cylindrical housing. EFFECT: reduced power required for pulling lines through ground, increased efficiency of operation in water-logged grounds. 2 cl, 3 dwg
