PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an aseismatic reinforcement structure, having excellent aseismatic performance, and capable of facilitating construction. SOLUTION: A vibration control frame 8 of steel structure for aseismatic reinforcement is installed inside a skeleton frame 6 of a building of steel structure. The vibration control frame 8 is formed by rigid-connecting a vertical member 10 formed of steel to the lower surface side of a horizontal member 9 similarly formed of steel, both ends of the horizontal member 9 of the vibration control frame 8 are respectively pin-connected to right and left columns or the middle part of a stud 1, and the lower end of the vertical member 10 is pin-connected to the floor surface 3.
