PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate working operations on a job site by greatly reducing the number of working man-hours necessary for execution of work, making a factory-produced standard product serve as a constituent member and omitting scantling for a stud, furring strips and the like, and ensure uniform construction quality without reference to whether an experienced technician performs construction work or not, in a wall structure on the basis of a construction method for a conventional wooden framework. SOLUTION: This wall structure of a wooden building is characterized as follows: an interior wall panel 10 is integrated by providing a heat insulating material 12 on one side of a structural face bar 11, serving as a bearing wall of the wooden building, in a state in which a margin is left at a peripheral edge; a margin part of the face bar 11 is fitted into vertical grooves 5, which are formed in opposed surfaces of columns 1 in a vertically extended manner, and horizontal grooves (6), which are formed in opposed surfaces of horizontal members (2, 3 and 4) in a horizontally extended manner, respectively, so that the panel 10 can be fixed by locating the face bar 11 on an indoor side and locating the heat insulating material on an outdoor side; and an exterior wall panel 20 is fixed to the columns 1 and a sill or the sides of outer surfaces of the horizontal members (2, 3 and 4) in a state in which a ventilation layer 30 is left between the panel 20 and the heat insulating material of the panel 10.
