PURPOSE:To automatically open and close a mold for foaming and molding a resin equipped with a fixed lower mold, a movable lower mold, a first upper mold and a second upper mold. CONSTITUTION:A mold is equipped with the fixed lower mold 11a horizontal attached to the support 22 vertically provided on a stand 21, the movable lower mold 11b attached to the mold 11a in a revolvable manner, the first upper mold 12 matched with the upper surface of the fixed lower mold and the second upper mold 13 matched with the movable lower mold and the first upper mold. An upper mold opening and closing rod 33 is provided between the upper and lower ends of the long mold opening and closing arm 32 supported on the arm support member 31 provided on the stand 21 and a lower mold opening and closing rod 34 is provided between the bracket 12b provided to the first upper mold and the bracket 11b2 provided to the movable lower mold. By revolving the arm revolving rod attached to the arm support member up and down along a guide rail 40, the mold opening and closing arm is revolved and, by moving the upper and lower mold opening and closing rods, the first upper mold and the movable lower mold are revolved to open and close the mold. |
