PURPOSE:To simplify utilities of a conveying rail side and to effectively control for stopping at a designated station. CONSTITUTION:A conveying truck has a traveling drive motor, a control unit for controlling the motor, and an encoder provided in the motor. The unit has a memory 22 for storing data regarding preset traveling speed and data designated by number of encoder pluses at positions of stations, setting means 44 for reading data of the station positions and data regarding traveling speed in response to a signal for designating the station to be stopped by the truck and setting deceleration starting position and decelerating characteristics for stopping the truck at the designated station based on the data, and drive control means 45 for controlling the motor based on the data regarding the speed and the setting of the means 44. |
