PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable opening of a valve at low pressure loss, while preventing flapping due to exhaust pulsation, in a secondary air supply device for supplying a secondary air to an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This secondary air supply device comprises: an air pump 36 for sending the secondary air; air piping 32 for distributing the air sent by the air pump 36; an air switching valve 32 for making the air piping to be in a conduction or a shut-off state; and a check valve 44 for preventing a counter-flow of the gas. The check valve 44 is provided with a reed valve and a reed valve stopper for regulating an opening of the reed valve. The reed valve stopper is provided with a first region opposite to a vicinity of a fixed end of the reed valve and a second region arranged adjacent to the first region.
