PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house capable of improving permeability or lighting performance of an entrance hall itself while preventing the reduction of dedicated areas of each housing. SOLUTION: This multiple dwelling house is provided with the entrance hall 4, and a first room 1 and a second room 2 disposed in the left/right of the entrance hall 4 in a side of a common passage 3. The entrance hall 4 is provided with a projecting wall 5 formed by projecting from the external walls of the both rooms of the first room 1 and the second room 2 to the common passage 3, and a side wall 6 provided along the direction of crossing the passing direction of the common passage 3. The projecting wall 5 is projected from the external walls of the rooms disposed in the left/right of the entrance hall 4 to the side of the common passage 3, and provided with a window part 51 having lighting and/or permeable function.
