PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stretchable wear having a freely adjustable waist size and effective for improving a flat hip line frequent in Japanese. SOLUTION: In the case of sewing a back center 2a of stretchable trousers 1 having a rear pad, a stay cloth 7 is sewn together with a main body 10 while preventing the sewing of the pad-inlet ports 9b of a pair of cloth bags 9. The overlapped part 9d of the lower side of the cloth bag 9 having the pad-inlet ports 9b attached in an overlapped state is sewn to the seam margin of the back center 2a by back-stitch. A pad is inserted into the bag by opening the pad-inlet port 9b of the produced cloth bag 9. Since the cloth bag 9 is made of a net material and has high stretchability, the pad is freely inserted and removed even by overlapping the inlet port 9b.
