PURPOSE: A convenience-food using egg-shell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, thereby easily eating the convenience-food and inhibiting the environmental pollution caused by egg-shell. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a convenience-food comprises the steps of: cutting an upper and lower portions of the egg-shell and removing the yolk and the white from the egg-shell; placing a lower cap on a supporting portion of a heat vessel and positioning the egg-shell on the lower cap to close the lower opening of the egg-shell; inserting the rice into the egg-shell through the upper opening of the egg-shell; covering the upper opening of the egg-shell with an upper cap; inserting water into the heat vessel, closing the vessel, and boiling the water in the vessel; and removing the upper and lower caps and sealing the upper and lower opening of the egg-shell. |
