PURPOSE: A manufacture method of a block is provided to improve an aesthetic value and to improve a waterproof effect. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing a block for construction, cement, sand, and water are mixed and then a block is made through a block machine. The block is dried and then the sides of the block are painted with color paint. Accordingly, the aesthetic value of the block is improved and the waterproof effect of the block is improved.
