PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment equipped with a bag, which is extremely excellent in strength and high in durability. SOLUTION: The segment S equipped with the bag is formed of a segment main body 1 which is connected to other segment main bodies like a ring in an excavated hole in a circumferential direction, and a bag body 2 arranged on an outer peripheral side of the segment main body 1, which is to be inflated between the segment main body 1 and the natural ground upon injection of grout. The segment main body 1 is formed of concrete which is obtained by hardening a compound containing at least cement, pozzolan impalpable powder, aggregate with a particle size of 2 mm or less, water, and a water reducing agent.
