PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diffuse anions in the air inside a room by using an anion generating construction material for offering the room in a good condition. SOLUTION: In this anion generating construction material, a surface material is layered on the surface of a supporting material, while an anion generating layer is spread on the back face of the supporting material. For the anion generating layer, carbon fiber, carbon powder, and tourmaline can be used separately or used as a mixture.
