PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a supply efficiency of a cooling wind by a fan shroud covering a fan, in a cooling device of engine in which the fan for cooling is arranged to one side surface of the engine and the cooling wind is supplied to a radiator by the fan. SOLUTION: In this cooling device for engine, the fan for cooling is arranged to the one side surface of the engine, and the cooling wind is supplied to the radiator by the fan. In this cooling device, the fan shroud 3 covering the fan 9 is supported from an engine side, and an arrangement of the fan shroud 3 is constituted such that a vibration transmitted from the engine is considered in the fan 9. The fan shroud 3 and a fan shroud 7 supported to a radiator side are connected to each other via a seal member 8. One end of the seal member 8 is fixed to the fan shroud 3 supported to the engine side, and the other of the seal member 8 is abutted against the fan shroud 7 supported to the radiator side, whereby the supply efficiency of the cooling wind in the fan shroud 3 is enhanced.
