PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable mud pelletizing device capable of passing through a narrow place and pelletizing a large quantity of mud even if no installation site is available in the vicinity of a mud collection site. SOLUTION: By means of this mud pelletizing device 1 provided with a multi-spindle stirring machine 70 having a mud supply part 70b connectable to a mud discharge port 33a in a mud supply means 30 and coagulant supply means 40 and 50, mud accumulated in a mud storage tank 11 on the outside the machine is supplied to the mud supply part 70b by the mud supply means 30 to be pelletized by a coagulant in the multi-spindle stirring machine 70. The mud pelletizing device 1 is arranged in a crawler type traveling device 100, while a conveyor 80 transferring the pelletized mud is installed to the crawler type traveling device 100 so that the rear end side is positioned below a mud discharge part 70c while the front end side is tilted upward and positioned on the outside, and an engine 103 and a driver's seat are arranged in the front part of the crawler type traveling device 100.
