PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as a landscape problem and high costs of a material and construction in a conventional slope frame formed of a longitudinal frame and a lateral frame both formed of concrete preventing greening in the frame body part and causing dryness of a growth matrix resulting in defective growth and its slippage because of interruption of rainwater by a lateral beam in an upper part inside the slope frame. SOLUTION: In this slope frame construction method using the lateral beam fastening metal fitting and a thinning log, a plurality of concrete longitudinal beams 2 are molded at predetermined intervals S in the lateral direction of a slope 1, and the lateral beam fastening metal fitting 3 having a lateral beam receiving part 5 is attached to the side face of a wrapping body 4 put on the longitudinal beam in a desired position from the flat face side. A single or a plurality of lateral beams 8 formed of thinning logs are arranged between the adjacent longitudinal beams 2 and 2 facing each other laterally and fixed by means of the lateral beam fastening metal fitting 3.
