PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission system, etc., that can suitably suppress the occurrence of interference between adjacent antennas at the time of transmitting signals by radio to a moving terminal from a plurality of antennas. SOLUTION: Upon receiving transmitted signals, the integrated base station 111 of the transmission system 101 modulates the signals by a prescribed modulating method and a plurality of local base stations 121 connected to the base station 111 through optical fibers 141 function as a plurality of transmitting sections. Each base station 121 imparts phase rotation and a time delay to the modulated signals and transmits the imparted signals by radio. In addition, at least either one of the phase rotations and time delays imparted by a plurality of transmitting sections having overlapping ranges of transmittable areas are made different from each other.
