PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tough flexible pipe used for transportation pipes for hydrocarbon extracted from petroleum deposit off shore or on shore. SOLUTION: The composition comprises at least one kind of vinylidene fluoride (VF2) homopoymer or a copolymer A of the VF2 with at least one kind of other monomer copolymerizable with the VF2, which exists in an amount of 0-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. VF2, at least one kind of fluoroelastomer B and as necessary a plasticizer C. The composition comprises 0.5-10 pts.wt. elastomer B and 0-10 pts.wt. plasticizer C based on 100 pts.wt. (co)polymer A and total of the components B and C is 0.5-10.5 pts.wt. and the homopolymer or the copolymer A of the vinylidene fluoride is selected so that melt flow index measured by ISO 1133 specification at 230°C under 5 kg load is≤5 g/10 min and critical elastic modulus G<SB>c</SB>measured in cross of modulus G' and G" of melt shearing elasticity measured at 190°C is 5-22 kPa.
