PURPOSE: A slip restricting device of a vehicle on a frozen road is provided to prevent accidents, and to protect a driver by decelerating the vehicle without slip during traveling on the slippery road. CONSTITUTION: A slip preventive device of a vehicle comprises an adjusting bar(3) installed diagonally in a fixing plate with an operating groove inserting an adjusting bolt; a push body(4) assembling a torsion spring moved up and down and hinge-combined in the lower part of the adjusting bar; an interlocking pipe(6) vertically combined with the upper part of the push body and moved up and down; an adjusting piece(13) hinge-combined with the upper end of the interlocking pipe; a guide unit(25) combined with an adjusting hole for adjusting the gap of up-and-down operation; and an assembling rod(22) integrally combined and diagonally placed by inserting the adjusting bar, the interlocking pipe and the connecting bar. The guide unit is moved forward by pulling the grip, and the interlocking pipe is inclined diagonally by the connecting bar. The speed is decelerated by friction to the ground with moving up and down the braking plate.
