PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the operation stability of an actuator by composing a wire fixing end part on a substrate for connecting fixed part being easily dislocated while suppressing a shift of a resonant frequency in a roll direction toward a lower band, and eliminating and smoothing a rapid variation of a high order resonant frequency component in pitch direction and yawing direction which is harmful to speedup of the driving speed of the actuator. SOLUTION: A biaxial lens actuator 1 is provided with a movable part 100 on which a lens holder 20 or the like is mounted, a fixed part 200 which is composed of a fixed block 260 and a base plate for connecting fixed part 270 and supports the movable part forwards and backwards in a focusing direction and a tracking direction, and four suspension wires 300 connecting the movable part and the fixed part in a way that the distances between the respective suspension wire ends on the fixed part are expanded in a truncated chevron shape from the ends on the movable part. The base plate for connecting fixed part is incurvated so that respective suspension wires orthogonally cross with the wire connection plane of the base plate for connecting fixed part.
