PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the influence of reflection of waveform at high speed data transmission and improve reliability even if a plurality of SCSI devices are connected. SOLUTION: A controller 3a of SCSI devices #1, 2 is provided with an F/W 5b which controls the SCSI device, an SCSI controller 4b which is controlled by the F/W 5b and outputs a terminal switch control signal 1b, a terminal circuit 3b which terminates an SCSI interface bus, and a high-speed switch 2b which switches the SCSI interface bus from a previous stage to either the SCSI interface bus of a subsequent stage or a terminal resistor 3b by the terminal switch control signal 1b from the SCSI controller 4b. In short, the high-speed switch 2b and the terminal circuit 3b are exclusively controlled by the output of the terminal switch control signal 1b, connects/disconnects the SCSI interface bus, and performs on/off of the terminal circuit 3b.
