PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sound insulating performance by preventing the air under a floor from being sprung by shielding a clearance between a floor and an inner wall, formed in accompany with the lowering of the floor by drying shrinkage of a floor structural material of a wooden building, or enabling the ventilation between the under floor and the inside of a room by using a corner member having vent holes between a finish floor of a double floor of a condominium building and the wall. SOLUTION: A shock absorbing material 29 is mounted between the finish floor 28 and a supporting floor 30, and a clearance exists between an end part of the finish floor 28 and a structural wall 31. The corner member 27 is provided with a plurality of approximately circular vent holes 33 on a dog leg shaped- shape variable part 32, and the air is moved between the under floor and the inside of the room through the vent holes 33 in accompany with the vertical movement of the floor. A floor face contact material 34 is fixed to the finish floor 28, a wall joining part 35 is fixed to the inner wall 36, and a base 37 is mounted on the wall joining material 35.
